I am a transport operator. Why should I use Freight Oz?

FreightOz uses its extensive knowledge of marketing and the transport industry to collect qualified leads for transport operators.

Leads collected are more affordable than those you could obtain independently through Google or Facebook advertising.

We pride ourselves on assisting small and medium businesses and business owners to navigate lead generation for their business in an easy and simple way.

Will I be charged a fee for advertising my freight?

No. There is no cost to use our service to request quotes from transport operators within the FreightOz system.

I am a transport operator. Will I be charged an individual fee each time I contact people and arrange to transport their advertised freight?

No. Once you have Premium Member access to see consigner details, Freight Oz does not charge any extra fees, commissions or hidden extra charges to our transport operator members, even if you are successful in obtaining the job.

I am a transport operator. Why should I become a Premium Member?

Becoming a Premium Member will allow you unrestricted access to consigner details on all consignments as well as SMS notifications for new consignments that match your freight categories and service areas.

It is absolutely free to create an account and browse all available consignments so that you can determine whether becoming a Premium Member would benefit your business.

As a Premium Member, how do I cancel my subscription?

All our subscriptions use the secure PayPal system and can easily be cancelled from within your PayPal account.

If for any reason you can’t find how to do this in PayPal, please email our team at admin@freightoz.com.au with your account details and we can assist you with this.

Is FreightOz a transport company?

No, We are a freight marketplace and only provide a connection point for transport operators and the general public.

Is FreightOz a freight forwarder?

No, We do not arrange or assist in the booking of jobs or moving of freight.

We provide a platform for transport operators and the general public to connect and do business together.

Is Freight Oz involved with any interaction between the transport operator and the person advertising their freight?

No, Freight Oz is not involved in any interaction between transport operators and the general public other than proving the avenue for the initial job request information.

How do I arrange to advertise on Freight Oz?

There are three ways you can interact with Freight Oz:

Advertise your freight – to request a free quote, log the item/s you are wanting to move on our system and interested operators will be in touch.
Register as a transport operator – to register as a transport operator who can move freight, please fill in our online application form and get access immediately.
Advertise your business – if you are a business that wishes to place ads with Freight Oz on our newsletter or website, please email admin@freightoz.com.au and our team will connect with you.

I have been contacted by several transport companies, have arranged transport of my freight, and I do not wish to advertise my freight anymore.

If you logged a quote request and the job has now been completed, and you can’t remove the request yourself because you logged the request through a guest account, and you need it remove it before our auto removal system does, please email admin@freightoz.com.au with your job details and our team can remove this for you before the auto removal.
